Key hand over

The key hand over takes place during our regular working hours which are from 9.00 a.m to 8.00 p.m.

Within our final booking confirmation we will commmunicate the name and the cellular phone numer of your local contact person.

Arrivals after 8.00 p.m

Arrivals after 8.00 p.m may be accepted if given to us in advance. We also inform you about the check-in and check-out timetable. You are kindly requested to respect them.

Safe payment with credit card or bank transfer

When you receive the confirmation we ask you to make a down payment . It can be done with paypal, credit card or bank transfer. Credit card transactions are safe thanks to PaPal.com. The balance has to be payed upon key hand over.

You will recieve a booking confirmation with the exact amount of the down payment requested and the balance due upon key hand over. Please note - the balance is due in cash at the key delivery. Credit cards or cheques are not accepted to balance the rest payment.

Last minute bookings? No problem !

Have you found a cheap flight but no suitable lodging yet? We will answer your last minute request as soon as possible confirming availability.

For last minute bookings we suggest a fast payment by paypal. By this you may get the booking confiramtion without any delays.
